This MomentFrom the same California scene that has spawned atrocious acts such as Bleeding Through, Atreyu and Thrice, This Moment play metalcore with pop and emo influences. When the first song came on (Miss Eden) I thought, "Hey, this could be good" Boy, was I wrong. Albeit their are some good riffs here and there but for the most part it's just your typical, hey look I can play this brrruuutal heavy core shit and hit you off with some melody and panty dropping parts. And is it just me or half the riffs in Miss Eden make their way over to the song circle of knives which features some of the worst lyrical content to grace this planet since teeny bopping whores hit the airwaves. I don't know what else to say, I'm sure tons of kids will eat this shit up but I'm sorry the last fucking thing I want to listen to is kids from Orange County playing pussy metalcore with stupid ass lyrics that try so hard to be abstract but come off as sounding inane as hell. And the straw that broke the camels back is that god damn band still in the booklet. Holy fucking hell could it get any gayer there? I'm sick of this god damn pussies and their god damn pussy music.
