One of the most beloved bands in hardcore and rightfully so, KYI embrace the hardcore spirit to the fullest. So there need not be a synopsis of what they sound like etc., because if you haven't listened to any of their material you either don't know shit about hardcore or you're a stubborn prick for not taking the time to check them out. But if you know the deal, what's better than actually seeing them live? Nothing, but I guess a live CD is a start. And surprisingly this thing has pretty decent sound quality, I mean I've heard some real shitty sounding live albums but this isn't bad at all. Plus they bust out with the goods, some of the highlights on this thing are, Can't Take My Pride, I Hope You Know, Enjoy The Show, What I've Become, Here To Stay and 11 more classics. The one thing that kept this thing from getting rated higher is that the label could've done a LOT more with this than they did, I mean their isn't even a booklet just an insert. I mean they could've thrown together a collage of the live shots from the show, some linear notes from the band, and a video from the set on enhanced cd-rom would've been icing on the cake, then this thing would've no doubt this would've scored a near perfect. But regardless, the listen alone is worth picking this one up. So support these guys and what they do.

Thesis: I love KYI and I will listen to anything they put out, and this is obviously no exception, I just wish they would've put a little more work behind this, put some more live pictures, a video of the set would've been cool as shit, but hey what can ya do?
